Luminous Access Membership Policy

Minimum Commitment:
All memberships require a minimum 6-month term. After this period, memberships continue month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime by text or email before the next billing date. Cancellations after billing date apply to the following month.

Monthly Billing:
Memberships are billed monthly via direct debit or credit card, payable in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
​
Included Service & Credit:
Each month, members can choose one exterior wash or use a $70 credit toward another service (not both, no rollovers).
Service Scope:
Exterior only—no interior cleaning included.
No Rollovers or Stacking:
Unused washes/credits do not roll over or accumulate. No stacking of credits or services.
Priority Booking:
Members receive priority booking for available time slots.
Member-Only Perks:
Occasional member-only perks or early access to new services/products.

Extra Charge for Heavily Soiled Vehicles:
An additional fee applies for vehicles with excessive mud, dirt, or neglect.

Booking Process:
Bookings are made by call, text, or online inquiry form—no member portal.
General Terms:
Membership is subject to Luminous Finish’s full terms and conditions, provided at sign-up. Luminous Finish reserves the right to update membership terms with notice.
