Luxe Maintenance Membership Terms & Conditions
Minimum Commitment:
6-month minimum term. After 6 months, membership continues month-to-month until cancelled. Cancellation must be requested by text or email before your next billing date. Cancellations after billing apply to the following month.

Monthly Billing:
Membership is billed monthly in advance via direct debit or credit card.

Included Service:
One “Inside Out” maintenance detail per month (valued at $190–$230, vehicle dependent). Includes exterior wash, wheels/arches, door jambs, and standard interior clean (vacuum, wipe-down, windows). Service must be used within the month—no rollovers.

Discounts & Perks:

10% off all retail car care products and add-ons

Occasional member-only perks or early access to new services/products (2–3 times per year)

Priority Booking:
Members receive priority access to available booking slots, including first option on cancellations and preferred scheduling during peak periods. Bookings are handled personally—call, text, or online inquiry form. Priority booking is subject to availability and does not guarantee specific dates or times.

No Rollovers or Stacking:
Unused services do not roll over or accumulate. No stacking of services or discounts.

Deep Clean Surcharge:
If the vehicle is neglected or requires extra work beyond standard maintenance, a deep clean surcharge applies. The $150 monthly credit may be applied toward this surcharge.

No Refunds:
No refunds for missed appointments or unused services.

Booking Process:
Bookings are handled personally—call, text, or online inquiry form. No member portal.

Birthday Perk:
Enjoy 10% off any detail service during your birthday month. Discount applies to the original service price and can be combined with your monthly member credit. One use per birthday month.

Membership is subject to Luminous Finish’s full terms and conditions, provided at sign-up. Luminous Finish reserves the right to update membership terms with notice.
