Luminous Elite Membership
Terms & Conditions
Minimum Commitment:
6-month minimum term. After 6 months, membership continues month-to-month until cancelled. Cancellation must be requested by text or email before your next billing date. Cancellations after billing apply to the following month.

Monthly Billing:
Membership is billed monthly in advance via direct debit or credit card.
​
Included Service:
Each month, Elite members may choose either:

One “Inside Out” maintenance detail (valued at $230+),
OR -
Apply a $200 credit toward any other service booked that month (including correction/coating jobs).
If the $200 credit is used, the monthly maintenance detail is forfeited for that month. No rollovers. No double-dipping.

Discounts & Perks:

20% off all services (paint correction, ceramic coatings, detailing, etc.)

10% off all retail car care products

Complimentary interior protection & pro wheel coating included with every correction/coating job booked as an active Elite member

Occasional member-only perks or early access to new promos/products (2–3 times per year)

Referral & Guest Vehicle Policy:
Elite members may book correction/coating jobs for immediate family or close friends’ vehicles, provided the member is present at drop-off/hand-over. All Elite discounts, credits, and complimentary perks apply only when the member is directly involved in the booking and drop-off. Membership benefits cannot be transferred, sold, or used for vehicles booked without the member’s active participation at hand-over. Abuse of this privilege may result in termination of membership.

Priority Booking:
Members receive top priority access to available booking slots, including first option on cancellations and preferred scheduling during peak periods. Bookings are handled personally—call, text, or online inquiry form. Priority booking is subject to availability and does not guarantee specific dates or times.

No Rollovers or Stacking:
Unused services & credits do not roll over or accumulate. No stacking of services & credits.

Deep Clean Surcharge:
If the vehicle is neglected or requires extra work beyond standard maintenance, a deep clean surcharge applies. The monthly credit may be applied toward this surcharge.

No Refunds:
No refunds for missed appointments or unused services.
​
Booking Process:
Bookings are handled personally—call, text, or online inquiry form. No member portal.
​
Birthday Perk:
Enjoy 10% off any detail service during your birthday month. Limit one birthday perk per member per year.

Membership is subject to Luminous Finish’s full terms and conditions, provided at sign-up. Luminous Finish reserves the right to update membership terms with notice
